**Job Description Summary**:
The objective of this position is to function as support role for the GEIQ Security projects ( UNAQ, CCTV SYSTEM, TRAINING PLAN) providing said support in the different projects that are handled in the area, including attending meetings and providing ideas for improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Planning execution and monitoring Security projects assigned by SSL.
- Controlling the project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful completion within agreed-upon restrictions.
- Establishing and enforcing project GE Aerospace standards and best practices.
- Tracking the projects, updates the status with internal and external clients and built reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify process improvements in projects.
- Generate project presentations for the site security leader and stakeholders.
- Update the budget database for security projects.




- Provide follow-up and support to the quotations related with the projects.
- Contact Security customers and users to attend to project requirements.
- Follow-up, control, and registration of assets derived from Security projects.
Request:
- Advanced Excel.
- Smartsheet basic skill desired.
- Advance English level to have a fluid conversation.
- Ability for researching in terms of special consultations on security topics.
- Proper communication with internal employees as well as with customers and suppliers.
- Problem solving and working under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
**Education**:
- Industrial Engineering.
- Business administration.
