You manage customer enquiries and keep the updated on scientific analysis by understanding the requirement, identifying and liaising with appropriate laboratory and administration functions and expediting service delivery.

**What you need to know about this position**:
- Personalized profile for food service clients, experience with clients like Sigma
- Tracking in food service supply with internal/external clients
- Follow-up in conjunction with internal client to cover quotas
- Liaison with sales in monthly closings and relationship with areas such as demand planning, manufacturing operation
- Leadership to manage fill rate, orders and billing
**Education / Certifications**:
- Industrial Engineer or related or
- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative area- Minimum 5 years of experience**Job specific requirements**:
