This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D; Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D; Center: The R&D; office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Coordinate and ensure that the quality of processes and products are developed and maintained in accordance with specifications and requirements by participating in product development together with Engineering-Design Review, reviewing production activities in order to define priorities and follow up on activities.
For Clients
- Support engineers in the process of analyzing quality problems reported by




the client and defining responsibilities.
- Check the client systems to address claims for suspicious or
defective parts.
- Support in the analysis of cases of warranty parts that are claimed, to generate
a response to the client.
- Support in the drawing activities at the clients and in transit in case of defective parts
claimed by the clients. Provide reliable solutions or alternatives for drawings that require the
use of inspection and testing equipment.
- Final pre-evaluation of 8D reports to increase the percentages of effectiveness of the
MOE and QMM indicators.
- Evaluate the 8D's
For processes
- Verify and evaluate that the production processes are carried out in compliance with the
client's requirements.
- Generate / Review the inspection instructions for the products including the Customer
Touch Points.
- Coordinate containment actions for suspicious products.
- Coordinate corrective actions corresponding to quality alerts and support the leader
in their presentation.
- Verify engineering and production runs in the different phases of product development.
Coordinate the multifunctional teams for analysis and problem solving, as well as the
improvement teams.




- Attend the different meetings of production monitoring (Point CIP), manufacturing and
product engineering to participate in problem solving.
- Ensure the preparation of manufacturing control plan documents, PFMEA and approve the
cover pages of each document.
- Ensure compliance with basic training on quality issues for new personnel and associates of the quality
department.
- Review product specifications and their compliance in the manufacturing of the product.
- Review compliance with the selective inspection tests Q-test, defining inspection and testing procedures and
equipment.
- Attend the engineering change meeting to ensure their implementation in the process.
**Qualifications** Education**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical.
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Quality / Manufacturing (assembly and component manufacturing)
- OEM & customer / Service topic handling, result driven & customer orientation
