- Manage and administer the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system SAP in collaboration with the SAP team located in HQ.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through the effective use of ERP system functionality.
- Provide training and support to key-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
