**Job Description**:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for positions across Latin America.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on labor trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices in Latin America.
- Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices across various Latin American countries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
**Experience**:




- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Latin America and US.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in the region.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of Latin American labor markets and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and cold calling.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office356 and Excel.
- Knowledge of specific labor markets and regulations in key Latin American countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
