The Employee Relations Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides advice and facilitates high risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct.
- Develops and implements workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement.
- Monitors legislation impacting employers and decide necessary modifications to existing practices.
- Provides advanced direction and consulting services to HR and management on a diverse range of complex, sensitive and/or high risk HR issues across multiple regions.
- Responds to inquiries from internal/external entities, fair employment practices agency charges and litigation.
- Maintains employee information that is accurate, meets the organization's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning
- Provides reporting and analysis on trends and various corporate initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Conocimientos Técnicos
- Conocimiento básico en legislación aplicable (NOM035, NOM037,NOM025, LEY FEDERAL DEL TRABAJO)
- Familiaridad en procesos de auditoría laboral y con el manejo de contingencias laborales.
- Familiaridad con el proceso de atención a autoridades para desahogar inspecciones realizadas por la autoridad laboral. (STPS, IMSS)
- Dominio de herramientas para solicitud de documentación requerida.
Competencias Clave
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para interactuar con distintos níveles de la organización y negociación con autoridades en las inspecciones laborales.
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión en un ambiente de alta regulación y dinámico como el bancario.
- Orientación al detalle para asegurar el cumplimiento en procesos laborales.
- Trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad en un entorno corporativo.
