**Duties**:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships for future sales and renewals.
Negotiate payment terms and contracts with clients to secure advertising agreements.

Must know Excel and Word.
Need to stay on the phone
You will need a phone and calling plan to call into Florida.
Be professional and courteous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
