We seek to hire Mexican Legal Counsel who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress global e-commerce business around the world. This role will be based in Mexico. Primary Responsibilities 1. Support and advise on corporate and commercial aspects of our e-commerce business’ integral expansion of current and proposed new initiatives, especially the legal requirements in Mexico and Latin America. 2. Provide legal and compliance advice to business teams on various aspects for the implementation of business models and strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities and commercial agreements. 3.



Partnering with business, tech, product and risk management and other relevant departments respectively, set up and maintain the marketing and promotion framework and programs on e-commerce related activities. 4. Negotiate, draft, and review various types of agreements and policies. 5. Handle contentious (litigation and arbitration) and non-contentious matters; 6. Conduct trainings about legal and compliance issues, especially for any legal development within the jurisdictions.
