Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Nurse located in Juarez Norte.
Reporting to the Clinic Doctor the Nurse role involves: Provide occupational health programs and services that support employee health and wellness strategies. Enhances the employee's health and performance through case management, health coaching, comprehensive worksite-based health surveillance, and health and safety education. Provides a safe, effective, and early return to work program to facilitate restoration of the employee's health
What a typical day looks like:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical problems and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Makes decisions that can directly impact the health of employees, occasionaly manages sensitive information related to employees´ health and company data.
- Operations and Human resources to develop operations, programs, and services by providing content expertise.
- Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
- Provides input for team decisions.
- Ensure patient health care records are maintained and accurate
- Administer medications to patients based on conditions and symptoms
- Order clinical and medical diagnostic exams and tests
- Take patient vital signs
- Record patient medical history
