We’re seeking a confident and driven **Appointment Setter** to join our team. Your role will involve cold calling prospects, opening conversations, and setting appointments. Experience in real estate investment is a plus but not required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound cold calls using provided numbers and dialer.
- Open conversations with prospects and book appointments.
- Communicate effectively to build rapport and maintain professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Enjoyment of cold calling with prior experience.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Accent is fine as long as it’s not highly noticeable.
