- Windows/Mac OS deployment
- Providing remote tech support
- User hardware/software/peripheral support
- LAN/WAN troubleshooting and support
- Wi-Fi Troubleshooting and support
- IT Asset management
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- IT Infrastructure Support
- Video Conference Support: E.g Zoom Google meeting system/infrastructure support
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment.
- 2+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10
- 2+ years' IT asset Management skills
- Proven skills in PC repair,



troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.
- English verbal and written
- Office IT Infrastructure Bluidout experience
- Chinese language skills (preferred)
- CCNA MCSA/MCITP ITIL certificate (preferred)
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
