**Position Responsibilities**:
**In charge of auditing and reimbursing employee travel and entertainment expense reports, including end of month and quarterly reporting, for US&C; and LATAM. Answer status requests for expense reports and follow up policy updates with Controlling and send out the proper communications when needed. Will also be in charge of performing payment runs of vendor invoices for US&C; and LATAM, in close communication with Treasury and Purchasing.**
**Required Skills & Education**:




- **Accounting environment experience minimun 2 years**
- **Excel Advance Experience**
- **High communication skills in both English and Spanish (writen and spoken)**
- **Detail oriented**
- **Process Improvement oriented**
- **Interested in a temporary position (6 months - maternity leave)**
**Desired Skills**:
- **2 Years of experience in Accounting and financial knowledge in related areas (purchasing,**
**accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury)**
- **SAP**
- **Concur**
