_**Job Requirements**:_
- Manage the general manager's daily agenda, coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Preparation of Executive Reports and Documents
- Prepare executive reports, presentations and documents, ensuring that all information is organized, clear and accurate.
- Act as a liaison between the general manager and other departments in the organization, facilitating communication and ensuring the proper flow of information within the company.
- Follow up on projects and tasks assigned by the General Manager, ensuring that deadlines are met and efficiently managed.
- Taking minutes
- Attending to visitors (corporate, business partners).
- Adhere to organizational policies, objectives and processes.
- **Specifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related career.
- Two years of experience in similar positions in industry or manufacturing sector.
- **Advanced English**:
