**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and analysis on various topics, including legal issues and industry trends.
- Manage projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Assist with the preparation of board meetings and other executive-level presentations.
- Provide general administrative support,



including expense reports, invoice processing, and file management.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, preferably in a legal or technology environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2 Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
