DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS PLAN
- Lead business plan/tactics to reach overall global targets on a day-to-day basis
- Lead integral teams in all Regions in developing commodity strategies and sourcing recommendations for specified commodity, considering regional specifics. This also includes early Supplier Engagement and Strategic Sourcing
- Oversee, monitor and coach employees in different locations and build effective global team
- Collaborate with Engineering, CCA and other internal partners to clarify prerequisites and to drive cost reduction

HANDLE SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS AND OPERATIONAL ISSUES
**Additional Job Description**:
**Education/Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related field required
- english should be fluent
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, not including internships and co-ops
- Project management skills and proven experience leading projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with other cross-functional areas such as Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply chain.
- Ability to drive long-term projects through to completion.
- Ability to travel 2-3 times a quarter within MX and US.

- Data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

- Budget Management

This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
