**Core Responsibilities**:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and projects.
- Create and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Power BI.
**What we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
- **Education**:Currently in the 6th semester or above, studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Passionate about building relationships and working collaboratively in a team.
