Oversees and/or performs production planning & control activities for a specific operation area. Direct supervision of production planner(s). Critical to the plant short to long term operation performance; responsible for generating the SIOP monthly plan of the area and review with manufacturing production capacity for his(hers) operation line(s). Support NPI phase in phase out based on Program Manager (PM) lead; provide feedback to demand planning process and create and execute plans for the operation line(s). In charge of driving On Time To Request (OTTR) customer metric, finish good and subassy inventory targets for the area he/she supports.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
+2 years of experience within production planning,
master production scheduling functions and managing people.
Bilingual (Spanish-English). 80%
Proven management and leadership skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Possess effective negotiation skills and interacts effectively with internal and external parties.
Significant experience on managing production planning and master production scheduling.
Strong knowledge and working experience on developing rough cut capacity models.
Able to lead teams and critical task for meeting the operations plans.
