**Summary**
**SMT Programming Engineer** with experience in **Surface-Mount Technology (SMT),TH, and PCB assembly (PCBA)** to join our SMT business unit, This role will give support to production and programming for the new product
introduction process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support production and elaborate programs for new products.
- Evaluate PCBA designs and SMT assembly requirements to ensure feasibility and cost optimization.
- Perform technical document reviews,including drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM), Gerber files, XY coordinates files.
- Provide technical feedback to clients in the early design stages to optimize manufacturability (DFM) and reduce costs.
- Identify and propose process improvements to optimize the SMT assembly line workflow, focus on efficiency and Yield.
- Creation of prototypes and establish testing and validation processes.
- Ensure that practices and materials comply with industry quality and safety standards.
Experiência y requisitos
- Education: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing,
or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar position with proven experience in SMT processes, programming and PCBA
assembly.
- Software: Microsoft office with advanced excel skills, SPI/ AOI/ P&P; development programs.
- Standards knowledge: IPC-610, ISO-9001, ISO13485 preferably.
- Skills: SMT process optimization for efficiency/Yield improving, new programs for new products.
- Abilities: Excellent communication skills, teamwork-oriented, results-driven,
