**SUMMARY**:
Assist in the management of materials to ensure customer acceptance and timely delivery.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**AND** RESPONSIBILITIES**:




- Coordinate setting up work orders with Bill of Material Coordinators, including tracking change notice and Bill of Material completion.
- Coordinate and track part ordering and delivery with Purchasing.
- Assist with developing an SSP list and coordinate the ordering, delivery and shipping of the SSP per the contract requirements.
**BASIC** QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 plus years related
- Bilingual (Eng-Spa)
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience with using Bill of Materials, Work Orders and Purchase Orders
