As a Cost per Unit Manager (CPU Manager) you will lead financial and accounting support for our Automotive business in the North America region. You will ensure all transaction related with the CPU program is being recorded across the North America locations. You will contribute for optimize inventory, minimize cost, and achieve customer service goals collaboratively with the Optima on site Leaders, Sales Manager and Supply Chain Team.
**Main Responsibilities.**
- Manage North America CPU contracts for the Automotive sector, with some involvement in Packaging and Refinish.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Cost per Unit procedures.
- Monitor operational team and site performance through KPAs.
- Manage the monthly closing process for assigned countries, ensuring revenue and COGS recognition for all CPU program-related transactions.
- Coordinate with CPU sites to maintain accurate on-hand balances during the closing process.
- Oversee pending inventory transactions and provide status updates to relevant parties.
- Create CPU invoices and lead intercompany settlements, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
**Qualifications.**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical finance or accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle.
- Proficient English skills.
- Number of Years' experience
