Develop projects to reduce the Transformation Cost
Perform benchmarking strategies with sister plants to determinate the actions to avoid any injuries for Toluca Battery Plant.
Coordination of technical training to meet the required levels 5 Leak Test machine and process, welding instructor to train personnel and technicians in welding and sealer responsible for managing resources to prevent online production losses using SPW methodologies. to acomplish the support and analyze execution of battery tray and package components within their process.
Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's.

**Requirements**:




Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in Welding Process, MIG; TIG manual and automatic equipments.
Bachelor's degree in Robotic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aeronautical, Controls, Systems, ChemEng, Physics or related engineering field from an ABET accredited/equivalent university.
Proficiency communicating in technical English language. Highly developed communications skills.
Knowledge in IATF, GD&T;, CQI15.
Knowledge in Cut and Etch method, destructive testing for weld conformance validation.
Has developed P-FMEA and CP.
**Has worked with troubleshooting tools**:
DMAIC, DOE, Pareto, 8D's and A3.
Knowledge and follow up of quality indicators.
**Soft skills**: Self-directed, collaborative (teamwork), ownership, sense of urgency/ agile, achiever, leadership & project management skills.
Mig Welding and TIG welding experince on fine tuning, adjusted parameters
Prior experience with software Lincon, Weld Spun, WTC
Trained and with experience in problem solving methods like Kaizen, Shainin (Red-X), RPS.
