Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Project Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the Legal Operations and Governance Program Manager, IT, Project Manager role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization Legal Operations and Governance IT Compliance Project._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery._
- _ Coordinates and/or escalates the resolution of operational problems where any of its projects does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established._
- _ Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines._
- _ Ensure compliance to contract and/or vendor specific _requirements/Statement_ of Work (SOW). Responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract._
- _ Develop and maintain business relationship. Manage the relationship with the partner/vendor through monthly or quarterly reviews,
to communicate deliveries, open commitments, or overall progress of the account._
- _ Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production._
- _ Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning._
- _ Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for external services._
- _ Coordinates Data Privacy Assessments._
- _ Plan and schedule program deliverables, goals, milestones._
- _ Planning future program activity, including consultations with project sponsors, analysis of requirements and arranging timelines._
- _ Ownership and support of IT Legal and Compliance Solutions such as e-signature, security camera monitoring, anti-corruption, eDiscovery and compliance investigations platforms._
- _ Interact frequently with senior management; provide KPIs on the project portfolio._
- _ Conduct presentations of technical information._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Compliance analysis background_
- _ Experience with effective co-ordination of linked projects_
- _ Management of Projects inter-dependencies including oversight of costs, risks and issues arising_
- _ Nice to have Audit Background_
- _ Nice to have IT troubleshooting experience_
- _ Advanced English_
