**Logistics Supervisor - Mexico**
**Position Status**:

- Vice President, Head of LATAM; dotted line to VP, Operations & Supply Chain (North America)

**Role Objectives**:
- To deliver the Moose strategic plan for Mexico DTR markets through an efficient and effective supply chain. Ensuring that our logistic partners meet our agreed Service Level Agreements, and our retail partners receive excellent service in the fulfillment of their orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience working in a similar role.
- Bachelor or engineering degree.
- Fluent in English a plus.
- Toy industry experience is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Supply Chain Management**
- To maximise business performance through effective management of the supply chain to service the Mexican Market Domestic business.
- Provide support for the Direct Import Business.
**Operations Planning**
- To ensure that we have the necessary supply chain resources in place to meet the ongoing business needs.
- Manage the supply chain from 3PL to end customer within Mexico, managing operational relationships with 3PL provider and the SOP team.
- Support our freight forwarders' capacity planning, management and service level agreements.
- Drive capacity planning, management and service level agreements of our 3PL providers and transport services for Mexico to support the current Mexico DTR market and our future growth plans.
- Container in-bound capacity management with all 3PL providers.
- Establish and monitor the supply chain logistics to service Mexico DTR within agreed delivery lead-times.
- Work with the US VP of Operations and US Operations team to review and implement Mexico retailer delivery requirements with our 3PL partners.
- Anticipate and plan for the challenges associated with growth within Pure Play and online retailers, to ensure that we meet and exceed their service requirements.
**Budget Tracking**
- To ensure the smooth and efficient roll out of JDE with no impact to the Business unit operation.
- Track and monitor 3PL expenditure to ensure costs remain in line or below budgets.
- Make recommendations to improve efficiencies, decrease expenditure and/or improve operational capabilities.
- Provide analysis and information in relation to movements within market freight rates.
- Work with the Inventory Analyst to clear through aged and discontinued lines to reduce storage costs.
- Track and monitor courier expenditure (inbound and outbound) to ensure costs remain in line or below budgets.
- Provide support to address any local concerns and ensure local requirements are considered and supported.
- Support IT as required in relation to links with our 3PL providers for JDE including any additional warehousing requirements
**Reporting and Analysis**
- To ensure that the business is maximising market and customer serviceability to forecast, and consistent with real time product and supply chain performance.
- Review order flows, manufacturing, and transportation lead-times to plan. Make recommendations to the Purchasing team with respect to transit lead times.
- Work with DTR Sales team to monitor agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) for all key customers to assess Moose sales and delivery performance.
- Review and continual improvement / development of supply chain processes and reporting, including provision of real-time Purchase and Sales Order tracking.
- Management of stock counts in line with 3PL SLAs and Finance/Auditor requirements.
- Support any additional audit requirements in relation to stock management/insurance.
**Sustainability**
- To provide support to the integral Sustainability team to drive our 2040 Net Zero goal.
- Collate data on downstream transport in accordance with global requirements.
- Drive our sustainability message with our third-party providers.
- Support corporate initiatives in driving sustainability initiatives.
