**Responsibilities**
As a Marketing Director, you will:
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
- Strategically manage HubSpot's marketing automation and CRM tools to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the organization in high-level client interactions, providing insights on marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Ensure alignment of inbound marketing strategies with current market trends and company objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record in inbound marketing, team management, and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, lead nurturing, and analytics.
- Certified HubSpot Professional with expertise in managing HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, preferable.




- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign analytics.
