**Requirements**:
- Sales experience **(required)**:
- Call center experience **(required)**:
- Experience in the debt relief industry _(preferred)_
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Professional presentation skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of **40 WPM** with a maximum of 5 errors _(preferred)_
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' debt relief needs and financial goals.
- Educate clients on debt relief options and benefits.
- Determine clients' eligibility for debt relief programs based on company guidelines.
- Use effective sales techniques to enroll clients in our services.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- On-site at Zona Rio Tijuana
Pay: $5,500.00 per week
