**COLLECTION MANAGER**
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or similar
- 5 years' experience in the area of collections in the automotive sector or in automotive credit companies, with at least 2 years at the managerial level. Management and supervision of external collection agencies. Solid knowledge of portfolio recovery processes and regulations in the area.
- Mastery of English is essential, both spoken and written, since the person reports directly to foreign managers.
- Have negotiation, communication, situation-solving, area management and staff supervision skills.
- Handling of Microsoft Office and CRM collection software,



skilled in detailed work.
