**Qualifications for the role**:
- We are looking for innovative minds eager to grow. If you meet these requirements, this challenge is for you!
- Last three semesters of:
- Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Busi-ness Administration, Industrial Design, or related fields
- Advanced, fluent, and conversational English (spoken & written). All presentations are in English, including the international final.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for Lean Manufacturing & process improvement
