We are looking for **Customer Service & Billing Representatives** to assist customers with debit card support, billing inquiries, and account management for a leading **online financial service tailored to Latinos in the U.S.** If you have **great communication skills**, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a **fast-paced environment**, this is the job for you!
**Available Schedules**:
- 2K weekly
- **Friday - Sunday | 12 PM - 8 PM**:
- 4K weekly-**Monday - Friday | 11 AM - 7 PM + Sunday 6 AM - 2 PM (Saturday OFF!)**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Assist customers with **billing, account setup, and debit card issues**.




- Process **payments, refunds, and account verifications**.
- Troubleshoot **account-related concerns** and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain **accurate records** and follow compliance guidelines.
**What You’ll Need**:
- **Fluent English & Spanish**:
- **Customer service or call center experience** (1+ year preferred)
- Strong **problem-solving & multitasking skills**:
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**:
- Familiarity with **debit cards, online banking, or billing** is a plus!
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
