- Improve the existing metric/KPI framework to track development progress.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks committed by the development team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams in an agile environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
**Role-specific Requirements**:
- Strong decision-making, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Experience in matrixed organizations and managing distributed teams.
- Must be a Mexico National.
