Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Utilize Selenium TestNG Appium and Junit to automate test scripts and enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability after updates and changes.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve overall product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in testing methodologies and tools.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all testing activities
**Qualifications**:
- Possess a strong understanding of Selenium TestNG Appium and Junit.
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts.
- Have experience with CI and CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
- Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
- Experience in online e-commerce and listing and finding services domains is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from test results.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
