**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.
- Qualify leads by gathering key property and motivation details.
- Build rapport with homeowners and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on lead interactions.
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal flow.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cold calling for real estate, sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Podio, CallTools, Mojo, etc.).
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejections.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Bonus: Real estate industry knowledge or wholesaling experience.
