**Responsibilities include**:
- Assist a senior member of our sales team by coordinating and executing freight movement according to client needs.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating with shippers and carriers to secure optimal terms.
- Monitor the status of shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation accurately and promptly.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems.
**What We Offer**:
- Salary between $1,250 and $1,500 depending on experience.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.

**Requirements**:
- Must be based in Cancun, Mexico.
- High school diploma required; a college or university degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Excellent English Language skills.
- Must be reachable by phone after hours in case of emergency.
