**Core Responsibilities**:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, servo drives, and vision systems.
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime.
- Analyze machine performance and failure data to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Identify and implement automation enhancements to improve production efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize control systems, robotic operations, and automated workflows.
- Maintain documentation for automation equipment, electrical schematics, and control system modifications.
- Provide technical leadership and training to maintenance technicians on automation system maintenance, PLC programming, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory for automation components such as sensors, actuators, control modules, and networking devices.
**Do you have what it takes**:
- Experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong focus on industrial automation and automated manufacturing systems.
- Expertise in PLC and HMI programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff and B&R;), Robots (Denso and ABB), and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP and Profinet).
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems in an automated environment.
- Experience with diagnostic tools, CMMS software, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
