- Design future‑state business processes and technology solutions.
- Develop detailed process maps and business documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with Salesforce solutions.




- Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project scope and solution effectiveness.
- Analyze data trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
