**Job Responsabilities**:
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct periodic inspections of the equipment and machinery in the plant to ensure their optimal performance.
- Implement continuos impovement projects.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and adjustments.
- Supervice the work of maintenance technicians.
- Staff training.
- Minimize equipment and machinery downtime as much as possible.
- Monitoring of equiment calibration.
**Special knowledge**:
- Microsoft Office computer packages.
- Knowledge in Electrical Substation, HVAC, Compressor Room, self-motivated.
- English language (technical and conversational) from 80%
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
**Experince**:
- More than 3 years of experience in electrical substation, HVAC, compressor room, self motivated.
**Competencies and abilities**:
- Effective communication.
- Teamwork.
- Problem-solving.
**Scholarship**
- Bachelor's degree in maintenance engineering.
