**THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION TO WORK AT NTT DATA OFFICES: Av. Mariano Otero 1249, Verde Valle, 44530 Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and review alerts generated by various monitoring tools (e.g., Azure monitoring, ELK, Splunk etc.,).
- Follow existing available standard operating procedures (SOP) for alert management and response.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of alerts to the appropriate teams (e.g., IT, security, engineering).
- Provide regular updates on ongoing incidents, including communication with stakeholders.
- Work closely with other teams to identify and mitigate recurring alert patterns.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize alerting systems and reduce false positives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and post-mortem meetings after major incidents.
- Assist in improving alert handling processes and workflows.

- **Advanced English level**:
- Experience with incident management and monitoring tools (e.g., Azure monitoring, ELK, Splunk etc.,).




- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other incident management frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting alerts and responses.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services: Micrsoft Azure Cloud.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools to streamline alerting processes.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.
