**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in a structured training program led by our administrative team.
- Learn and perform all essential accounting functions.
- Gain experience working with U.S.based clients.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and audits.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient accounting operations.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferably)
or Finance (recent graduates welcome).
- English proficiency: C1 or C2 level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
