**Responsibilities**
- Lead and enhance Adobe and Google Analytics Report Suites and Data Collection containers
- Direct the configuration and administration of tags using Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) and Google Tag Manager
- Ensure accurate data collection and consistent reporting to meet the needs of business stakeholders
- Design, create, and refine sophisticated dashboards and reports in Adobe and Google Analytics Workspace to deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, confirming that the data meets relevance and supports the organization’s objectives
- Facilitate seamless integration between Adobe and Google Analytics with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to optimize data collection and integrity
- Liaise with the IT project management team to establish timelines, resources, and risks associated with web analytics projects
- Mentor and guide a team of web analysts, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data practices and analytics procedures
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on web analytics
- 2+ years of prior experience in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner roles within the realm of web analytics
- Expertise in configuring and managing Adobe and Google Analytics, including the creation of Report Suites, crafting data layers, and handling custom variables
- Advanced skills in developing, maintaining and optimizing dashboards and reports within Adobe and Google Analytics Workspace




- Extensive experience with Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) and Google Tag Manager
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective tagging strategies across multiple web platforms
- Proven capabilities in integrating Adobe and Google Analytics with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure precise data tracking
- Ability to develop insightful, actionable reports and dashboards that synchronize with business objectives
- Solid understanding of KPIs and translating complex data sets into coherent business narratives
- Strong collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English, with B2 level proficiency or higher
