Overview

A general manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, ensure on-time communication, and support order fulfillment processes. This role will be key in building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order management (manufacturing or automotive industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required for customer and internal communication

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.




- Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, logistics, and production teams.
- Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules.
- Support customer audits, visits, and quality-related communications.
- Maintain accurate customer data and records in ERP systems.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support account performance and KPIs.
- Promote continuous improvement in customer service processes.
