Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment processes to attract top talent and align with PwC values and firm strategy.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Collaborate with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varying challenges and scopes.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity; manage applicant data in ATS and recruitment software.
- Own the process and deliver quality work that drives value for clients and the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- English Advanced skills.
