**What We're Looking For**:
- Valid **real estate certification** (required)
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate sales
- **Advanced or fluent English** (required - most clients are international)
- **Own vehicle** for property tours and meetings
- **Own laptop** (preferably) for presentations, client management, and video creation
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude
- Professionalism, responsibility, and a proactive approach

**Requirements**:
- Certified real estate advisor
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Advanced or fluent English
- Own vehicle

**Job Type**: Freelance / Commission-Based
**Income**: High commissions per closed sale (no cap)
