**Experience**:
1. Damaged Package Handling Process
1. Collecting and Recording Problem Cases
1.1 When the operator finds a problematic item, they must immediately intercept it and notify the handler.
1.2 The staff handling the problematic cases will classify and record them according to the presente situation.
2. On-Site Processing
2.1 For slightly damaged packages that can be handled during the operating period, they will be handled on-site and continue to be transferred.
2.2 Problematic items will be sorted and stored, and handled according to standard procedures.
3. Processing Returned Packages
3.1 Packages that need to be returned will be stored separately and handled according to the return process.
3.2 Once slightly damaged items have been processed, they will be handed over to the manual sorting team.
Familiarity with the transfer center's operating procedures and common abnormal situations, and experience in troubleshooting.
