We are seeking remote** Accounts Receivable Specialist** to join our team.
**Working Hours: Shift: 9AM - 1PM EST**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Payment Management: process payments made via ACH only.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accounts receivable data in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Month-End Close: Assist with month-end close processes, including the document collection for the Commissions Report.
- Collections: Pull all related documentation for short paid or past due invoices.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and thorough documentation for all AR transactions, including digital filing as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all AR activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**:2-3 years of accounts receivables or general accounting experience.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- ** Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and effective communication abilities.




- ** Work Ethic**:Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- ** Problem-Solving**:Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address payment issues and discrepancies.
