**Your Responsibilities**:
Assist with daily operations and reporting (this includes direct interaction with the team; people skills are required.
Support call center staff with administrative tasks, taking or making calls for calibrations.




Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality standards.
Help manage schedules, training materials, and internal communication.
Work closely with leadership to improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
No Schedule restrictions
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Previous Call Center Experience, preferably, Data Analysis experience
Excellent computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, call center tools.
Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**A plus**: 1 -3 years in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role (preferably in a call center.
**Location: HOME OFFICE - Work from anywhere in Mexico!**
**Schedule: Full-time, adaptable shifts available
- 40 - 48 hrs a week.
