This is a fully remote position, and we welcome applicants from all corners of the globe.

Embark on a journey as a 100% REMOTE Social Media Specialist, contributing to our team's success within the 7:30 am-3:30 pm Mountain Standard Time zone. This position is full time and you are required to be online, and be reachable by the team during operating hours.

? 2 years+ experience managing and strategizing social media campaigns across various platforms + community management in the beauty or medical industry.

? A creative mind with a flair for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement.

? Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.

? Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.





?♂️ Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.

? Attention to detail is key to your success.

? A love and passion for beauty & aesthetics, the right candidate will be excited to learn about everything from aesthetic treatments to social media trends.

? Managing 20+ brands on multiple channels, each month you’ll be responsible for the execution of 300+ posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Google My Business.

? Work directly with our team members to ensure that your strategy aligns with all organic department strategies (SEO & Blogs, etc)

? Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.

? Implement content calendars and scheduling, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.

? Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
