_Overall Responsibilities:_
- The Software Business Analyst will provide business analysis and other software implementation support functions within the Software Implementation team in order to serve clients.
- Travel to the customer locations for implementation and deployment is needed. Job Functions: Analyze documents and business requirements from client end users’ perspectives and propose system solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Conduct system integration analysis to support integration effort between Company Product and third-party software, such as ERP, Document Management, GIS, and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) systems.
- Draft or review implementation project deliverables in English, such as Initial Requirements, User Stories, Configuration Analysis document, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and Training Manual.
- Configure CIPAce software components including user interfaces, reports, role-based access control rules, and user dashboards.
- Provide customer supports after project implementation.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
- Rich experience in requirement analysis.



Prior BA experience of two to three years are must.
- Rich experience in UI prototyping tools such as Microsoft Visio or any others.
- Outstanding logical reasoning.
- Capable to work in the team as a team player and self motivated.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
- Solid English writing and oral skills are necessary.
- BS/BA degree or above in related majors such as Computer Information Science, Computer Science, or Business related major.
- Working under pressure and willing to work according to a adaptable schedule to accommodate different time zone on an as-needed basis.

Contract length: 12 months, renewable.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per month
