General Care LLC, an United States based construction company is hiring Robotics engineers to establish a research and developement wing in Bengaluru, India for designing and developing robots to construct modular walls in an industrial setting, plastering, and painting on site, as well as in an industrial setting and tiling on site. We aim to build the future of automation in construction industry. We are looking for exceptional engineers with a great passion for electronics, computer science and robotics. At least 2 years of experience in robotics is required.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Design, develop, and test advanced robotic systems and automation workflows for specific jobs related to construction industry.
- Program and optimize robots using ROS, Python, C++, or similar tools.
- Prototype and iterate on innovative designs to solve real-world challenges.
- Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.




- 3+ years of experience in robotics development, including hands-on work with robotic hardware and software.
- Proficiency in ROS, Python, C++, and CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with sensor integration, control systems, or machine vision is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
