Strategically and operationally manage all warehouse-related activities, including the receipt, storage, safeguarding, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Ensure efficient material flow while complying with quality, safety, cost, and lead time standards established by the company and customers.
Coordinate with all involved departments to maintain a smooth-running supply chain.
Experiência y requisitos
**Job Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within manufacturing.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Systems: ERP experience (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Preferred Certifications: APICS, Lean Logistics, Six Sigma, forklift safety.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management:
- Oversee physical and system inventory control.
- Ensure accuracy in receipts, issues, and material transfers.
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual inventories.
- Identify and reduce inventory discrepancies.
2. Receiving and Storage:
- Validate packaging, labeling, and product coding compliance.
- Supervise efficient storage based on rotation policies (FIFO/FEFO).
3. Material Delivery and Shipping:




- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production.
- Ensure accurate shipment of finished goods to international customers.
4. Personnel Management:
- Supervise and develop the warehouse team.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and promote team motivation.
- Organize shifts, leave schedules, and operational coverage.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure operations comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Maintain updated documentation for internal and external audits.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Maintain close communication with purchasing, production, quality, logistics, and finance departments.
- Participate in operational meetings and provide performance reports.
7. Process Optimization:
- Identify improvement opportunities in logistics processes.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Support new technology implementations or ERP upgrades.
