We are looking for a **Lead Data Analyst** to strengthen our team.
This position is critical for ensuring excellent support to our clients. You will utilize your knowledge of data analysis and technical problem-solving to deliver timely resolutions and maintain client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose issues and track progress based on specified service level objectives
- Ensure adherence to quality standards to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Record internal classification issues for analysis and preventive measures
- Submit issue reports to Customer engineers and document expected outcomes
- Collaborate with engineers on complex product bugs to drive resolution
- Oversee community-related tasks as designated by the business
- Align architectural design solutions with specific customer needs
- Escalate operational issues following established procedures
- Deliver updates to the business regarding operational concerns
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience in support-related roles or 24x7 operations
- Advanced English proficiency at the B2+/C1 level
- Background in customer service and customer experience
- Capability to clearly communicate technical details in a structured manner
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- 3 years of experience handling large-scale data processing projects
- Familiarity with at least one Big Data platform, such as Hadoop or MapReduce
- Understanding of distributed computing concepts
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Java or Python
- Competency in addressing and resolving complex technical problems
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and environments
