We are seeking an experienced **Senior.NET Developer** to become a part of our forward-thinking team of technology professionals. **Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality software following Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to foster cross-functional relationships
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Enable key strategic initiatives while driving operational enhancements
- Manage relationships with technology vendors to support business objectives
- Support sensitive data implementations in adherence to Information Security principles
- Provide operational support with a focus on automation across multiple environments
- Design deep telemetry capabilities for performance monitoring and success tracking
- Ensure service monitoring across platforms for consistent operations and system availability
- Maintain system configurations and baselines for secure software development workflows
- Drive improvements in core retail payment systems based on technical and business needs
- Safeguard operational stability of core retail payment platforms while minimizing downtime
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of professional experience with C#, Java, ASP.NET REST API, and backend services
- 2+ years of exposure to high-volume or large-scale system design in software engineering




- Proficiency in distributed systems and multi-tier architectures (2+ years)
- Background in Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (1-2 years)
- Skills in working with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure ownership (1-2 years)
- Knowledge of message-driven architectures and development practices (1-2 years)
- Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and OO coding principles
- Capability to debug, optimize code, and automate repetitive workflows
- Showcase of handling high-capacity, mission-critical environments with redundant systems
- Familiarity with managing and running 24x7 production environments
- Flexibility to transition existing services from on-premises setups to cloud environments
- Interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
**Nice to have**
- Qualifications in computer science or a related field
- Familiarity with financial, payment, or fraud detection systems
- Background in transitioning services from on-premises environments to cloud platforms
